Ship the Item Back: Send the item back to our warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Saga Fitness. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
Processing Your Return
Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued or the exchange has been arranged.
